I received a one day renewal notice for a domain, but when I went to check the expiration date it actually doesn't expire for another year. My first thought was that maybe another RSP renewed it (as I believe the customer who originally ordered it is now an RSP), however, the Domain Notes don't show a renewal for the domain. I sent a message to support about this, and received the unhelpful response of: The following domain appears to have been renewed to: 2002-01-27 22:00:21 You will have to contact our Compliance Officer for more info on the status of this domain. Does anyone else have any experience with this? BTW, the quality of non-emergency/1st level support from OpenSRS seems to have gone way down from when they first started...it's kind of dissappointing. --Josh Levine
