I have attempted to update the nationality field on one of our .ca domains
and have been unsuccessful. I have tried to do the modification at:
- manage.opensrs.net
- our hosted version of manage.cgi
- our custom php implementation

All three give the same message: "Update request processed. An Email will be
sent to the Registrant to confirm these changes" yet we have not received
any email and it has been over 18 hours. With none of these methods working,
I can't think of any reason but a server bug.
