verify_install.cgi forbidden to download

Unfortunatly I get a

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access
/src/unsupported/verify_install.cgi.tar.gz on this server.

when I attempt to download the "unsupported" version of the
verify_install.cgi 

any hints?
