How soon after creating a profile during the process of doing a domain
transfer will that profile become valid?
Scenario is essentially:
1. Someone does a domain transfer and creates a profile at this time, since
this is his first business with an OpenSRS reseller.
2. That customer now attempts to use this profile, for either the purpose of
doing additional domain transfers, or for registering new domains.
I tried doing this, but cannot log in using the newly created profile. I'm
guessing that the profile will only become valid once the domain transfers
from NSI. Either that, or I incorrectly wrote down the username/password.
Which is it?
