I thought I had it fixed at one stage - set break points in the code, and
used the error("....") subroutine to print out what was happening up to that
point in vcarious places.

The problem is in the login sub, and at one point, with a screen full of
results from the progressive displays, I removed the last breakpoint, and
the thing worked !
But it only did it once - then the opensrs server went out of service, so I
havent got back to it...

Maybe it was in fact the opensrs server, not responding, and causing mine to
give out errors ? I'll have ot have another look today - seeing as how no
one seems to be having the same probelm.... ???? which I find strange. I
haven't alterd the code at all. Stock out of the box?
