Right, we already do that from the reg_system.cgi, but the email I am
referring to is the one that is submitted from OpenSRS notifying that the
domain name has become active - the confirmation email:
Registration for {{domain}} has been completed and should show up in
tomorrow's WHOIS database update.
This one we can't send from our cgi, since the only thing it knows is that
is has submitted an application for a domain name, not if registration was
completed at the registry.
