My apologies - I slightly misread your initial posting, and thought you
were speaking of transfers.
The verify step is only to ensure the user is absolutely sure they're
getting what they're asking for. Making a mistake on ONE domain is one
thing (say, registering for 5 years instead of 1), making a mistake on 100
domains is quite another (especially if it's registering for 5 years
instead of 1!)...
