Are there any issues with using the new register.cgi in the new MLDN world ?
I need to use a clone of register.cgi to allow me to do immediate
registrations for account and credit card  customers (the std deferred
registration is used for cash customers where I wait for payment b4
releasing the name).

I notice there is no RACE code at all in register.cgi so have some small
degree of trepidation.

(of course this wouldn't be an issue if we could set the immediate/deferred
flag from the client :-)   )
