Hmm.  Let me guess.  Since the 2.3 release is to enabled renewal
functionality and based on the name of the script, I would say that is a
script to renew domain names.

Did you configure it like the rest of your scripts (i.e. set the location
of OpenSRS.conf, etc.)?
