Hi Charles,
<rant>
Well, speaking of business logic, whatever happened to the 'Process
Manually' feature for renewals that has been promised for oh.. last month?
And yes, I'm all for sharing. I've shared patches for RSP price
calculations on previous version. no problemo. The issue here for me
though, is that I'm fighting the clock to integrate in a payment solution,
because I have no other options. Either build something into the renewal
system or lose clients. Factor into that, that I had to spend over $300
signing up for Signio JUST so I could process renewals. I also not have a
perfectly useless credit card terminal, also around $300.
I believe the issue here for me at least is this. In the past, OpenSrs
has given us a client with the ability to get credit card info
(reg_system.cgi), and to set it up on a pending basis through the manager.
The renewal system really put me out, and I had to scramble to put
something toogether when support finally got back to me that no pending
anything was in the works for renewals.
</rant>
Anyway, I could go on. :-) I guess my expectation for OpenSrs were a
bit too high.
