a) we're working on some things with dotTV to be able to provide similar
deals - .tv is not extending the 2 for 1 deals to their resellers, only
their registrants
b) You *can* do this via the client code, you just need to alter a line in
the OpenSRS.conf:
RELATED_TLDS => [
[ ".com", ".net", ".org", ".tv" ],
