Uh, I just realized, isn't EDT=GMT-4 while EST=GMT-5? If so, then your time
conversions in this note are off by one hour. I believe it should be April
29 at 0000 GMT to April 29 at 1600 GMT.

If I'm wrong, be sure to make a fool out of me!
