Client protocol spec PDF has errors

This file:

has some PDF errors, I believe.  At least that's what my copy of Acrobat
says (page 42 is one example).

The 2.32 spec seems fine.  Maybe OpenSRS can re-distill this document? (and
if so, adding bookmarks to the PDF would save me from having to do it
myself).
