Currently, there is no way to tell if the domain is under your RSP account
via the API - you can always use the Reseller's Interface. I know the
transfer enhancements will have RSP to RSP transfers, but I don't know if
this specific feature was extended to the API or not.
There is work being done on a system whereby we can send out monthly
reports, and download data for your account - you can use that to locally
reconcile :)
