On the contrary - It's a practical, sensible precaution. You may not like
the restriction, you may think it silly or unreasonable... but you've also
been given a perfectly logical reason: OpenSRS wants their nameserver
database to contain one nameserver per recorded IP address.

Now I suggest that given this limitation you find a workaround suitable for
you and let it go at that.
