Usually when a customer submits a registration or transfer through the scripts, no error is received if the reseller does not have enough funds available in their account.  Instead the order is sent to pending until we have enough credits.
 
HOWEVER!!
 
We just recieved an order for a renewal and the customer was given the following error upon completion:
 
Reseller exceeded quota
 
and we haven't received the order into the pending queue.
 
This is not good!  We don't want the customer to see this.
