Nope, It's pretty much the same. A few different things if you want to track them, but basically the message emails are a means of feedback - so you know that something has actually hapened - and you can wait for the person to pay and so on. Change the "New BIZ Domain" to "New INFO Domain" and one or two other variables . and away it goes. Make sure of course that the various thankyou and message.txt files are in the info templates directory. I doubt it is worth going to a lot of trouble though - the whole thing will be history come October 1 anyway when it all goes live.
