Neil,
Since June 19th this has worked exactly the same as registrar->registrar
transfers. Just use any version of the OpenSRS client code that has
transfer capabilities (v2.0.1 or later) to submit a transfer (or "Place
Transfer Manually" via http://resellers.opensrs.net/)
The logic flow is largely the same (with some minor optional additions to
notifications for gaining and losing resellers) as registrar transfers
whereby Admin contact approves, domain is moved, and a year is added to
the domain.
