I guess this message is more for the OpenSRS team unless there is already a
way to do this that I am unaware of. Not sure if this is the right forum
for this but....
I have one suggestion for the RSP online management system
(resellers.opensrs.net)
When doing a search for a particular domain name using this system, it will
return the domain name and everything associated with it....everything
except the ID number. Why isn't it possible to display the ID number at the
top of the page maybe right under where it states what domain name it is?
When I view completed orders every single domain has an ID number. I want
to see that on the search results when I search for a domain.
I have a lot of customers who buy many domains and use the same contact,
tech and billing info. When I register a new name for someone who already
has domains registered with us, I use the ID number so I can retreive their
info so we don't have type it in over and over. With the ID number of a
previous domain I can retreive thier info likety split!
Problem is right now I have to sift through all of the domains in order to
find one that the customer owns, then copy the ID number then use it to
retreive their info.
If I could run a search for the domain then be able to see the ID number of
that domain, then I don't have to sift through the other domains.
It seems like a very easy fix/update to make.
