You can use the interface at https://manage.opensrs.net (yes, it's now a
secure page) to create a nameserver "host".  Under "Manage Nameservers",
at the bottom, is a link to "Create/Modify Nameserver".

Additionally, if you transfer a domain to OpenSRS that has hosts
previously created, they will come along for the ride and be manageable in
the above mentioned area.
