In short, no this will not gloabally change the DNS for your domains. But
it will ensure that future registrations will use these nameservers at the
time of registration.
But, if all the domains are in the same profile go to:
http://opus.tucows.com/cgi-bin/mdns/manage.cgi ( thanks Chuck ;) , as this
older ( but extremely useful ) manage interface will allow you to change
the DNS for all the domains in the profile.
