I posted a message the other day asking about the SourceForge
client, because the response time I was seeing was abysmal.

I have come to believe that this was due to ongoing maintenance
on horizon.opensrs.net, as the response time that I'm seeing
this evening is quite good.

I'll be working on a HOWTO for this version, but my early
assessment is that it is a major improvement over the existing
client code.  This is far more modular, and the layout is
designed to allow for easier upgrades. 

Any "war stories" from others who have installed the SourceForge
code on Windows NT/2000 platforms would be much appreciated.
