Knowing this has apparently put me back on course. On a whim, I installed my agent scripts on an alternate server with a different, downlevel version of ColdFusion. Success! So, the new version has some quirks. [Go ahead. Laugh.] Now, the obvious question: What is DIFFERENT between /reseller/index and /manage/index that would trip a failure in one but not the other? I have already posted a detailed bug report on Macromedia's site, but I'm not sure they'll know right away what is causing this failure in ColdFusion 5.0. How do these two OpenSRS CGIs differ? I understand that this is now, officially outside of the scope of OpenSRS' responsibilities and I appreciate any information anybody can provide.
