I got it working.  I don't know what I did but possibly some unwanted
character was pasted into OpenSRS.conf.

The only other problem I ran into was an error in the directory structure of
the client code.  Under the "lib" folder there should be a "Crypt" folder
because it looks for  /lib/Crypt/CBC.pm.  I created the folder and copied
CBC.pm into it and it all seems to work.
