There is a setting on the client side (sw_register): 'custom_tech_contact
=> 0' will take the info from RWI, 'custom_tech_contact => 1' will
override those settings with whatever you provide in the client. Same
about 'custom_nameservers'.

In all likelihood, your 'custom_tech_contact' setting is set to 0.
