This error is generated from the system. I'll need more information to help you out with this. What system are you connecting to (Horizon/Live?), what your reseller username is (you can send that offlist), how many certs you're testing at once, and if you've altered any of the XML output from the client with your mods, or if the mods are purely logic related.
