What version of ActivePerl?  This sounds like the error message that
PPM gives when it can't find a module that will work with your 
release of ActivePerl.  (Mentioning "PPM3" sort of tipped me off
that you might be running a really new version).

I'm working on installing the SF version on NT and I'm coming across the
following error when I try to install the modul using Active State's PPM3
utility:

Error: no suitable installation target found for package XML-Parser.

Does anyone know what this error means? This is happening on 3 packeges and
as a result I can't get it work properly.
