Klaus,

the username/password are not unique, the domain name is the unique identifier
used in our systems. So the same username can be used several times on different
domain names. However those domain names will not end up in one profile then.

Subject: reg_username and reg_password

Just curious if username and password are used for anything on tucows
servers? I've tried using the same username with several different passwords
when registering a domain, and it always lets me. Shouldn't i be getting an
authentication error?

Also, assuming the test servers don't care, I'm guessing production servers
do. In that case, does each reseller have their own namespace?

Thanks,
Klaus
