afaik the latest SF has all the .us stuff (will confirm), you can ignore the
landrush piece (again, I will confirm)

We're working hard to get the SF code the "official" release; part of that
effort is to sync up the client codes so subsequent releases occur at the
same time.  We don't have timelines for the full release yet, but you should
see sync-ing in the next month (or so)
