There is no way to explicitly renew a .uk domain name.  The Nominet
registry does not provide a mechanism to do this.

I'm actually working on a system to assist in "renewals" (which is more of
a "I want/don't want to keep the domain" system).  For now, if you wish to
keep the domain, simply email support and they will ensure it doesn't go
away (alternatively, if you don't wish to keep the domain, email support
and we'll make it go away).

Note that .uk domains are only subject for renewal ON their expiry date,
so emailing us a year in advance might be premature - we'll have our
automated system in place by the end of June :)
