Thanks to OpenSRS staff for checking this out, this appears to be a cosmetic only bug. The encoding type shows correctly in the Search Reg System Orders section, but not in Orders in Progress. > Also, the opensrs_client_protocol_spec251 doc says "If passing a reg_domain > to link the profiles, the reg_domain value must be race-encoded if the > encoding type is provided."
