You should try to use the OpenSRS.conf that comes with the latest version,
however, there is a diff file to tell you if something's changed.

In 2.54, OpenSRS.conf has not changed (so your previous one would be fine).
Here's a list of changed components:

ChangeLog
cgi/manage.cgi
cgi/reg_system.cgi
lib/OpenSRS/Util/America.pm
lib/OpenSRS/XML_Client.pm
templates/manage/domain_locking.html
templates/manage/main_menu.html
templates/reg_system/bulk_order_us.html
templates/reg_system/message.txt
templates/reg_system/order_us.html

Okay. So to implement the manage.cgi there are no template changes?

And reg is just the few mods that Mathews mentioned?

I am assuming the OpenSRS.config file can't be modified. Do we once again
have to go through it with all our changes again? (IE:Can't use 2.53 version
of config)

Thanks guys... Good to have a heads up. ;) Sorry to bother (Would be nice to
have a file in each upgrade with detailed changes to make upgrades much
quicker... ;) I would like live updates but it sounds like you have to run
the source forge version to have that ability in the future and we don't
have time in the near future to upgrade to the SF version.... We have made
many customer upgrades to the scripts already...)
