We have tried to submit requests for several .biz domain names, but we are getting the error:
Order 6365820 (nelix.biz) not registered: Request failed validation: Name server 'universe.thinksmart.net' is not found at the registry. Please double check the name server and re-submit. . We have two name servers: galaxy.thinksmart.net (primary) universe.thinksmart.net (secondary) The error appears to be just related to the secondary and not the primary. Does anybody know what this error is or how to resolve it? Thanks for your help! Sincerely, Matt Schwartz
