Richard, You can direct them to "Manage Profile" in the Management interface (https://manage.opensrs.net or your own local manage.cgi). Under there is "Change Ownership of Domain" where you can move a domain into the same management "profile"
Doing this for all the domains will make them all accesible via the same username and password and make bulk contact changes possible.
