Yeah, I saw this too. The select contains no options, and registrations
are defaulting to 2 years. I haven't looked in to it yet, but I can
tell ya you're not alone.
I'm also runing 2.54. I suspect the problem is not in the HTML
template, but in the part of reg_system.cgi that builds the list of
options for pasting into {{PERIOD_LIST}}.
