Right.... (it's been a while, my apologies).

There isn't actually a bulk_order API command.  What the client code does is
check all the domains (to build a "verify page" of available domains) and
then sends them all to the system one by one.  I'm not sure what the
bulk_order flag does (I'm finding out)
