Hi. We use check_transfer to determine whether a domain is renewable (IE registered with us) without the user's authentication information.
If a domain is locked, we will not get this information through this call. Can this be "corrected" or is there another call that we can make that will tell us whether we are the RSP or not (without authentication details)?
