What's the purpose of Change Ownership? Does it actually change ownership of the domain? Or just the cookie? It wouldn't change the contact info, so old owner still owns domain, doesn't he?It changes the profile the domain exists in. The new profile may be owned by somebody else or not. It's just a quick way to transfer a domain to somebody else who may already have a profile defined on the system for their other domains.
If I want to change the owner of a domain, is doing a Modify Domain with change owner contact enough?
