Renewal Orders processed regardless RSP settings

Hi,

Despite the "Process Renewals Immediately" option is set to "No" in the RWI and
the "handle" attribute is commented in the renew.cgi script when a domain
renewal order was set it was processed immediately.
Am I missing something?
