I'm having an issue with one our clients not being able to logon. The user forwarded the entire message of the "Login Information" that is generated by the OpenSRS system and I was unable to logon to the service with that information. To make certain that the system was working right and that the OpenSRS socket was operating okay, I logged on to my own domains through. No problem. I'm wondering if there is a limitation on the username length that might be causing the problem. The registered username is 15 characters long. Seems kind of long for me, but not necessarily unreasonable for the system. Besides, it would have kicked it back, no? Anybody have any ideas of what to check next?
