TPP is only used for purchasing secure certs and the email product. XCP is still used for domains.
So, unless you need certs/email, don't worry. :) - Colin p.s. FWIW, the TPP protocol is identical to XCP, except that the XML structure is different. However, the handshaking, authentication and compression schemes are all the same.
