The domain has actually never been registered in the test environment.
You will be able to see it in the pending order section in the
reseller web interface (RWI).
You can change the default settings for pending/processing orders in
the RWI in the Tech Contact Section. Also this can be overridden by
adding the 'handle' directive to the attributes hash (with the values
process/save).
Also you might want to look at your hash again, there is no such thing
as a 'reseller_ip', but there is a registrant_ip value outside the
attributes hash.
