RE: missinng Ip numbers

I am also having problems updating name servers on 4 of my domains, even though the ip numbers show up on some of them. One of the problem doamins has exactly the same error as yours. I did contact support, who gave me a very non-plausible response.

 

I have requested that the problem be escalated - since it sounded to me like the person who responded did not really look at the issue.

 

I also posted a message to the list on this issue several hours but it has not shown up...

Has anyone found a domain that does not show the IP numbers in the Manage Name Servers display like that shown below.

These are valid Hostnames that have been added to other domains, but will not be accepted on this domain
