I've been watching the thread of complaints about OpenSRS lack of support for transfers in the test environment. One important point that is being overlooked is that OpenSRS doesn't operate the test registry. Verisign Global Registry Services (VGRS) operates the test registry*. If you don't like the state of the data in the test registry, either express your concerns directly to VGRS or ask OpenSRS to pass along your concerns to VGRS.
*VGRS only operates the .com and .net test registries.
