Robert,
Sorry for the confusion. I do believe that the document has since been updated.
Nevertheless, here is the scoop:
- "f_fax_received" should actually read "fax_received". This parameter is used only
for .de domains and is there to indicate whether a reseller has been given
a written permission (fax) for the transfer of the domain in question.
- "owner_confirm_address" should read "owner_address". This parameter is
also used for .de only and it is there to allow the reseller to specify an
email address where the transfer confirmation will be sent to.
I hope this helps.

It appears that the documentation is missing the description of what parameters need to be sent within the "attributes" array. The only mention of it is in the Perl example it gives, where it lists these attributes:

 order_id
 f_fax_received
 owner_confirm_address

Although "order_id" is obvious, it's not clear to me what the latter two do, or whether there are more "attribute" possibilities beyond these three.
