I feel your pain. I'm afraid to upgrade my code. It sure would be nice if Tech Support could help out with more than a canned response that assumes you are a moron. Would be nice if they could log transactions from you IP for 10 minutes and send it to you so you can see what is going on.
How the heck did U get that running on Windows? I've never been able to get any SF release to run - something about SIGALARM blah blah blah I'm forced to process email and certs via the RWI by hand.
