Hi, I've been testing cert purchases in the Horizon environment, and I'm receiving the following error when trying to purchase True BusinessID certs.
"Failed to create order: There are no active items to process.: [6007]: New contact creation failed" Anyone have any ideas? Does this just not work in the demo environment? I get the same error using the OSRS client as the OpenSRS-SF client: no changes in the base client code. I have not testing against the production environment. No reply yet from tech support, though I've been having email problems so it's possible that a reply has squeaked by and fallen into the bit bucket... Thanks, -Tim
