Can someone who works for Tucows please walk over to your customer
service department and get someone's attention?
We reported renewal problems with the API starting on Monday. We've been
waiting two days without a response other than someone writing back to tell
us they don't do end user support and please contact our RSP. (the
original submission included our RSP information as well as the results
returned from the API) We wrote back and pointed out the obvious -- we are
the RSP and this is clearly an API issue, and no response has been received
since then.
Status:
1. Renewing a domain returns an answer of
Failure! Reason: Domain's current expiration year in registry doesn't match
the year provided by user
2. However, the domain expiration does increase by a year
3. However, the domain notes do not reflect the renewal.
Obvious massive consistency issues probably related to the last code
deployment. I understand this -- I just wish Tucows would respond to us as
to whether or not they know about this, and when they expect a fix to be
released.
(no local changes on our side for 6+ months, so ...)
