Title: Re: Hello DevList Domain Registration/Transfer/Renewal Periods...

Something I found from OpenSRS specifications…

1.   How long can I renew a domain name for?

All gTLD domains have a maximum registration period of 10 years. Any renewals requests that attempt to bring a domain past this 10-year period will be rejected.

Transfers can only add one year to the registration term of the domain, while a renewal can add up to 10 years.

Cheers,

Hello:

I understand that for the .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz TLD’s can be registered between 1-10 years.  How many years can you transfer them for, how many years can you renew them for?

Thanks…
