    Fixed read_img, it  now checks --output-dir (thanks to [email protected]
).
    Added the (ENVLUATEXCPPFLAGS) and $(ENVLUAJITEXCPPFLAGS) variables to
libluatex.am
     to add compiler switches from the environment.
